Our Story
Mac and Marcelo come from humble beginnings and first met at BYU-Idaho.
After graduating, Mac built a career in tech, working at Workday and now Microsoft, while also leading a non-profit focused on refugees in Africa. Marcelo worked for Google, LinkedIn, and other great orgs while also helping dozens of underrepresented college students kickstart their careers through his own non-profit.
Now, they’ve combined their experience, networks, and passion for impact to bridge the gap between high-quality African talent and businesses around the world.
